Porsche Centre Solihull is temporarily closed

Porsche Centre Solihull has been carefully monitoring the situation surrounding coronavirus.

The health and safety of our customers is our number one priority. Porsche has already taken measures to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus within the Porsche network to protect customers and employees. Taking into consideration the most recent communication from the World Health Organization and our government, we have decided temporarily to close Porsche Centre Solihull.

When we are able to reopen, we will email our customers to inform you. In the meantime, you can keep up-to-date with the status of our Porsche Centre closure through our social media channels and our Centre website, where we will continue to bring you all the news from Porsche.

We feel that this decision is in the best interest of our customers.

How to make a complaint

Financial Ombudsman Service

We aim to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times, but if you need to complain and you are not satisfied with our response you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

Motor codes

Our Porsche Centre is a subscriber to the Motor Industry Code of Practice for Service and Repair. You can therefore refer any complaint about service and repair where you remain dissatisfied with our response to Motor Codes by visiting  www.motorcodes.co.uk.

Motor Codes provides a CTSI certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.
