Competition Terms and Conditions 

1. The promoter is: Porsche Centre Solihull (company no. 2832086) registered office: Porsche Centre Solihull Highlands Rd, Shirley, Solihull B90 4GT
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Porsche Centre Solihull and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter can be found on the @porschesolihull Instagram account or point 13.
6. A maximum of four entries will be accepted per person, one per tagged account comment, and one story share and tag. Multiple comment entries/ story shares from the same person will be disqualified after the maximum submission.
7. The closing date for entry will be 31/05/2023 at 9:00. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows. Like the competition Instagram post on @porschesolihull Instagram page. You must tag 3 different Instagram accounts and be following the Porsche Centre Solihull Instagram page.
10. Porsche Centre Solihull reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. In total, there is 1 prize to be won. This is as follows: X2 hospitality tickets for the Carrera Cup on 26 August 2023.
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes must not be resold. Where tickets are the prize, photocopies of tickets will not be accepted. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The hospitality package includes:

• Entrance ticket

• Welcome and registration by the PCCGB team

• Qualifying session (Saturday), two PCCGB races (Saturday/Sunday – circuit dependent)

• Use of PCCGB hospitality centre

• Complimentary breakfast, lunch and refreshments

• Tea, coffee and soft drinks are served throughout the day, and alcoholic drinks are served on Sunday.

• Exclusive behind-the-scenes access – guided paddock tour, driver and team introduction

• Presentation and interactive talk with PCCGB Product Host

• Discussion with 2022/2023 PCCGB Junior Adam Smalley

• Porsche goody bag

The tickets do not include travel or accommodation to Donnington Park.

The Prize winner will be announced on 01/06/2023 at 17:00 and wherever possible, prizes posted via email once the winner’s details have been received.

1. Your email address will be required for delivery purposes only, this data will not be saved or retained by the Promoter.
2. Winners are selected at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents or as a result of a popular vote conducted via social media sites as measured and recorded and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
3. The winner will be notified by: Instagram direct message from @porschesolihull. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
4. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize is delivered.
5. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
7. The winner agrees to the use of their social media handle/display name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
8. The winner’s social media handle/display name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: summer.kirkpatrick@porschesolihull.co.uk
9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, [company you are working with if this is not a collaborative competition], or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
